The tilt operation is easy, and it secures the workpiece or jig at positions of 0° and 90°.
The tilt module KMB 100 from Roemheld, equipped with a pedal-operated indexing function, allows for easy manual tilting of heavy workpieces by 90° and securely holds them in place. Approaching other surfaces is also easily accomplished. Depending on the weight of the workpiece, the balancer is adjusted using a pneumatic pressure relief valve.
